You will be instrumental in fostering a positive care environment and supporting the nursing team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
• Liaise with physicians and healthcare team members
• Ensure comprehensive care needs of residents are met
• Direct Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
• Participate in shift reports with healthcare team
Requirements:
• Knowledge in long-term care nursing and regulations
