The Role

The Registration Officer contributes to the success of the Global Registrations team by supporting the end‑to‑end registration and licensing process for securities and insurance activities across Canada and the U.S. The role ensures all registrations are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the end‑to‑end registration process for securities and insurance licensing, including new registrations, amendments, and terminations.
• Administer and monitor registration renewals for individuals, branches, and the firm across applicable Canadian provinces, territories, and U.S. jurisdictions.
