Relationship Manager, Equity Plans Solutions

The Relationship Manager, Equity Plan Solutions develops solid, long‑term professional relationships with clients and prospects. They will identify, and refer new business opportunities to the Head of Client Management and will follow‑up with existing customers in an effort to improve service and customer value.

Hybrid (2–3 days/week in the office) – based in Toronto, ON or Calgary, AB.

Key Accountabilities

• To ensure TSX Trust EPS mandate is achieved
• Develop relationships with Plan Sponsor contacts and understand and communicate Plan service requirements internally
• Communicate and coordinate servicing and operational activities with the appropriate departments within the organization
• Day‑to‑day direct interface with clients, managing requests and inquiries, and investigate/resolve if required
