Reliability Engineer
Location: Alcoa, TN (On-site - Relocation assistance)
Overview
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support plant operations by improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and implementing reliability best practices. This role works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to identify root causes of failures and drive long-term solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement equipment reliability systems and strategies
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot equipment failures
Identify and eliminate “bad actor” equipment impacting production
Create and manage asset hierarchies and criticality analyses
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans
