Reliability Engineer
Maximise Technical Availability and Asset Reliability across all production lines by effectively leading, promoting and introducing analytical problem solving techniques to maximise the overall asset effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Lead the site Asset Reliability program. Own and develop the site Major Incident Report (MIR), Analytical Problem Solving, (APS) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems, be the “gatekeeper” for effective closure ensuring all relevant improvements are coordinated via appropriate teams.
Embed asset reliability into the sites maintenance strategy and ensure plans are in place to deliver the long term improvement agenda, unplanned downtime is effectively reduced and repeat failures are eliminated through reliability processes.
