+ Review DRV test plan and highlight equipment and tools/materials needed
+ Utilize equipment and hardware tools in the most optimized and productive way
+ Further improve DRV test process and execution, and foster a program to drive ideas and have results
+ Support and maintain religiously and strictly, Safety ,5S and housekeeping activities
