Lead a dedicated team as a Relief Supervisor for Letter Carriers and enhance mail delivery efficiencies. Ensure compliance with regulations, while supervising day-to-day operations at a Postal station.
This supervisor role focuses on managing letter carriers and mail service couriers by planning and inspecting daily operations. You will oversee routes, provide employee training, and ensure excellent customer relations. Strong leadership and team coordination skills will be key in maintaining service commitments and handling operational challenges.
