Client Experience Virtual Assistant



We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong long-term client relationships. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and timely resolution of concerns.



Key Responsibilities:



Conduct regular client check-ins via calls, video meetings, and email

Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support

Monitor client accounts, track feedback, and identify opportunities for growth

Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve concerns promptly

Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and client updates

Support referral initiatives and identify upsell opportunities

Participate in ongoing communication and customer service training
