Job Description

RM Staffing B.V. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The COO will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for executing the company's strategy, driving growth and operational scalability while fostering a high-performance culture across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of leadership experience, a strong understanding of operational efficiency, and relevant qualifications including a bachelor’s degree and certifications in executive leadership.
