Job Description

A member-based organization is seeking a customer service associate to ensure the safety of members by managing tow and service requests. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Ontario roadways and have previous customer service experience. Dispatch training is preferred. This position offers work from home flexibility, but requires availability for afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
