Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a fully remote Front Line Support Engineer. This role involves providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining a robust knowledge base.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of technical support experience, preferably in MES software, with excellent communication skills. Join our customer-focused team that values quality support and promotes a collaborative environment.
