Job Description

Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a fully remote Front Line Support Engineer responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients. Candidates should have at least 4 years of technical support experience and familiarity with MES software. Excellent communication skills are essential.

This role may involve some travel for customer onsite visits or training. You will join a team that values quality support and collaboration.
