Who Thrives Here:

  • Strong verbal communication for professional client interactions
  • Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance preferred (Property or Auto Loan)
  • Detail-oriented in handling policy inquiries
  • College graduate w/ 12 months contact center experience or 2-year undergraduate w/ 18 months BPO experience
