Sutherland Global is seeking a motivated Junior Full-Stack Java Developer to join their remote engineering team based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role entails developing and maintaining enterprise applications to support contact center operations using Java Spring Boot.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development, a solid understanding of microservices, and proficiency in Vaadin and Bootstrap. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
