People Partners is seeking an experienced L2/L3 IT Support Engineer to support one of Australia's fast-growing Managed Service Providers. This fully remote role involves resolving Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets, troubleshooting various environments, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure business continuity.

The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of MSP experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments. The role offers numerous benefits including work-from-home equipment and 21 annual leave credits from Day 1.
