Job Description

Elcasecurity in Bern is seeking a Modern Workplace Support Specialist to handle user support for Microsoft 365 services and troubleshoot IT issues. You will perform mainly remote support activities while occasionally visiting customer locations.

We require 2 to 4 years of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. You’ll have the chance to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth in modern cloud technologies.
