FirstMate is looking for a driven Outbound Sales Representative to join their remote team. In this full-time role, you will connect with roofing contractors across the U.S. through strategic outbound calls, guiding customers through onboarding and closing deals.

The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with experience in B2B sales or lead generation, who thrives in a structured environment and can maintain a high call volume. Compensation includes a base salary of $18,000–$24,000 plus uncapped commission, with total earnings potentially reaching $32,000–$48,000 annually.
