Job Description

G2i is looking for an independent contractor to help train large language models to write production-grade code. You will compare and rank code snippets, explaining which is best and why, and refactor AI-generated code for improvement.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of Ruby engineering experience, strong code-review instincts, and excellent communication skills. This role is fully remote, with compensation ranging from $30 to $70 per hour based on experience.
