EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales operations through CRM administration and data management. In this role, you will be the primary administrator for Salesforce.com and Pardot, ensuring data integrity and building customizable reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations.

This position is remote and may require occasional weekend or holiday work for critical duties.
