Omilia is searching for a Senior Technical Support Manager to lead our AMER support team, responsible for complex requests across the Omilia Cloud Platform. This role requires balancing leadership with hands-on technical responsibilities and ensuring excellent communication with customers.
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in technical support, including at least 2 years in a management position, and a strong understanding of AI technologies.
