Scale Virtually is seeking an experienced recruiter for a full-time, remote position in Colombia. The ideal candidate will carry out full-cycle recruiting, develop talent acquisition strategies, and lead employment branding efforts.

Responsibilities include determining staffing needs, conducting recruitment processes, and using metrics to improve hiring. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and a BSc/BA in a relevant field is required.

This role offers a pay rate of between $17,482 and $30,593 per hour, with a commitment to a full-time remote job.
