Job Description

CommandLink is seeking a Technical Account Manager to work remotely and drive customer onboarding and integrations for our ITSM platform. This role requires strong technical knowledge of ITSM products such as ServiceNow and Jira, as well as the ability to guide enterprise customers through successful adoption.
