Slope is looking for a Tier I Support Team Lead to oversee and coach frontline agents in a fully remote setting. You will be responsible for driving performance, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality support for customers.

The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years in customer support, experience in leadership roles, and be passionate about coaching. This position offers a salary of approximately $30k USD, comprehensive health coverage, and unlimited PTO.
