Key Responsibilities

Repairs & Maintenance

• Carry out basic property repairs and maintenance works.
• Undertake minor plumbing, carpentry and general handyman duties.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Assist with painting and decorating works where required.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

• Conduct routine building inspections.
• Complete water hygiene checks including temperature monitoring and flushing.
• Support fire alarm testing and compliance activities.
• Provide building access for contractors and visitors.
• Assist with opening and closing buildings when required.
