Job Purpose:
The Attendance Management Coordinator is responsible for centralized monitoring and analysis of employee attendance, leave utilization, and absenteeism trends across departments. The role provides backend operational support through data analysis, reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to company attendance policies.
The position focuses on identifying attendance patterns, tracking documentation requirements, and escalating trends to reporting officers or line managers for appropriate action.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Support, HR Operations, or Reporting/Analytics roles.
- Experience in attendance monitoring, workforce reporting, or operational analytics is an advantage.
