Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the creation, accuracy, and validation of reports and data visualization tools.
  • Managing reports related to operational, financial, and sales performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as People Operations, IT, finance, and business units.

Job Qualifications for Reports Analyst Lead

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst
  • Advanced Excel skills: knowledge of SQL, VBA, or BI platforms preferred
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition tools or system (ATS, HRIS or other recruitment tools)
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
