Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the creation, accuracy, and validation of reports and data visualization tools.
- Managing reports related to operational, financial, and sales performance.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as People Operations, IT, finance, and business units.
Job Qualifications for Reports Analyst Lead
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst
- Advanced Excel skills: knowledge of SQL, VBA, or BI platforms preferred
- Experience with Talent Acquisition tools or system (ATS, HRIS or other recruitment tools)
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
