  • Maintain a strong field presence through frequent customer visits, job site meetings, and industry events.
  • Interact regularly with architects, designers, consultants, and distributors to address concerns and questions on architectural door solutions.
  • Assist with project follow-ups, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and technical seminars for customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Support new product launches and contribute to product development feedback.
