We are an executive search firm seeking a hybrid Research Associate & Software Developer Intern to support both our search delivery and internal technology development. This dual-function role sits at the intersection of talent intelligence and tech-driven innovation — ideal for someone with strong analytical instincts and a hands‑on approach to building tools.

You will spend roughly equal time on executive search research and developing internal platforms, automation, and data systems that power our recruitment operations.
