Job Description

At least 10 years of experience in food manufacturing R&D, preferably in B2B applications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading an R&D team

Experienced in dry blend and sauce/liquid product formulation

Strong background in product development, reformulation, and commercialization

Knowledgeable in food formulation, ingredient functionality, and food processing techniques

Familiar with HACCP, GMP, and food safety/regulatory standards

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer-driven projects

Willing to travel for customer visits and plant trials

Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
