Research & Development Manager

Overview

The R&D Manager serves as a strategic leader reporting directly to the President. This role is responsible for driving the innovation pipeline for both Bonpack and Bonflex , overseeing the end-to-end evolution of products, raw materials, and manufacturing processes. The R&D Manager ensures that all innovations are commercially viable, compliant with global food safety standards, and aligned with the company’s long-term growth vision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive the R&D agenda across both Bonpack and Bonflex divisions, ensuring synergy in product development and resource allocation.
• Oversee the formulation and enhancement of new and existing products, ensuring they meet market demands and technical feasibility.
• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and raw material sourcing to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
