Job Description

The Reservations and Ticketing Agent is responsible for managing customer inquiries and reservations for flights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee will be:

  • Assists clients in providing flight quotation and other flight concerns via phone, emails or walk-ins
  • Processes change of reservations when flight itineraries or original schedule are amended
  • Issuance of tickets for various booking requests thru Airline Reservations system
  • Assists check in counter agents at the airport during flight in handling excess baggage computation, seat upgrade and other ticket related matters
  • Prepares individual Sales report, weekly availability report and daily Collection report

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any 4-year course
  • Willing to work in flexible hours, shift schedules and holidays
