Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Handle resident complaints, feedback, and inquiries professionally, effectively, and in a timely manner.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement programs and events, including gatherings, festivals, workshops, and sports activities across all property areas.
  • Conduct regular site and unit visits while maintaining proactive communication with residents to foster a positive and well-connected community environment.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, security, housekeeping, legal, and commercial teams to ensure effective resolution of resident concerns and operational matters.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports related to resident satisfaction, event evaluations, and escalation cases.
