Residential Building Manager (Elmsdale)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and tech-friendly Building Manager (or couple) to live on-site and help care for one of our multi-unit residential properties in Elmsdale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining a well-run building, and treats the property as if it were their own. We are open to either a full-time individual or a couple seeking a shared responsibility arrangement.
