Reports To: Director, Accounting & Administration

Kaneff Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Accountant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on supporting our residential property portfolio while also assisting with aspects of the commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, tenant accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and overall property accounting operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full-cycle accounting process for the residential portfolio and assist with the commercial portfolio as required;
• Maintain general ledgers, working papers, and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and well organized; <...
