Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Recommend menu items, wines, and beverages to guests
- Assist in handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before and during operations
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Train and guide junior service staff when required
- Monitor table arrangements and dining reservations
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations
- Handle POS transactions and cashiering duties when required
