Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
  • Welcome and attend to guests professionally and courteously
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Recommend menu items, wines, and beverages to guests
  • Assist in handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before and during operations
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
  • Train and guide junior service staff when required
  • Monitor table arrangements and dining reservations
  • Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations
  • Handle POS transactions and cashiering duties when required
