Job Description

Salary: Up to $4,000 + OT
Working hours: 9hr/12hr Daily (4 Days off/Mth)
Location: Pasir Ris/Tanjong Pagar

Jobscope:

  • Oversee daily restaurant activities opening, service, and closing procedures
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained
  • Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff
  • Manage budgets, control costs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Track daily sales, expenses and profits
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management or owners
