Job Title: Guest Services Associate – Hostess (Food & Beverages)

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage restaurant reservations and guest seating arrangements
• Ensure smooth coordination between guests and F&B service staff
• Maintain excellent guest relations and handle guest queries efficiently
• Monitor dining area presentation and guest comfort
• Support daily restaurant operations and service flow
• Maintain grooming standards and hospitality etiquette as per luxury hotel standards
