We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Retail Account to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support related to products, orders, or store policies. You will ensure excellent service while helping customers shop, resolve issues, and navigate retail offerings.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound retail customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and promotions

Provide professional and efficient solutions to customer concerns

Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
