Job Title: Retail Business Analyst

Job Summary: The Retail Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing retail partner performance by evaluating data, workflows, and systems to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization. This role acts as a connector between commercial objectives and analytical solutions, helping ensure business strategies are supported by data-driven insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer outcomes.

Job Location: Milton, ON

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Shift Structure: Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)

Note – You will be training on-site in the beginning but then moving to a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in the office).

Compensation Structure: $26.00-$28.00per hour, depending on experience.
