SupportFinity™ is looking for a Senior Manager – Innovations, Systems Improvement to lead process improvement and system enhancement initiatives in the Philippines. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer service support.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in process improvement and strong project management skills, particularly in a multi-branch retail environment. The position is full-time, based in Eastwood, Libis.
