Reporting to the Store Manager, this role focuses on delivering exceptional store performance, from maintaining merchandising standards to enforcing company policies. You'll be responsible for developing staff through effective coaching, ensuring data entry accuracy, and handling customer service escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high standards in merchandising and customer service
• Recruit and develop team members through coaching and reviews
• Address escalated customer service concerns with solutions
• Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration
• Maintain accuracy in inventory management
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
• Previous supervisory experience in retail preferred
