Retail Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Specialist to cover a parental leave in Finland, working primarily with Finnish stores and the Finnish market while supporting the wider Nordic organisation when needed.

Role Overview

The Retail Specialist will play a key role in driving commercial performance across our store network. You will ensure retail strategy is executed effectively through strong planning, operational follow‑up and close collaboration with merchandising and store teams. Working across assortment, inventory, pricing and retail systems, you will translate data into actions that improve sales, profitability and customer experience.
