The Opportunity
Doodle Labs is building next‑generation wireless systems that enable autonomous systems and robotics to operate reliably in the most demanding environments. As a RF Characterization Engineer, you will play a critical hands‑on role in validating, and transferring high‑performance radio modules from protype to production. This is a technical role with end‑to‑end ownership, high visibility, and direct impact on product capability and company growth.
This role is best suited for an experienced RF engineer who enjoys solving hard design problems, moving fast from requirements to hardware, and collaborating closely with PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams.
What You’ll Do (Performance Objectives) 1. Deliver Production‑Ready RF Modules (Primary Objective)- Within the first 4–6 months , study, understand, prepare and test newly developed products like Radios and Bidirectional Amplifier modules.
