RF Engineering Intern - R&D

Job Description:

Candidate will work within a team responsible for the
characterization and modeling of state-of-the-art compound semiconductor
technologies. As part of the team the candidate will be working on projects
related to GaN power transistors, GaAs and GaN MMICs, and a variety of high
performance diode technologies.

Specific
Responsibilities Include: 

  • Hands-on test and characterization of a variety of compound semiconductor technologies.
  • Analysis, summary, and presentation of measured device data.
  • Development of design technology for Keysight ADS and Cadence MWO.
  • During the 12 weeks each Intern will:
