RF Test and Development Engineer

PGS Worldwide is seeking an RF Test and Development Engineer in Baltimore, Maryland for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This onsite role supports the development, integration, and testing of RF and digital production hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, yield improvement, test development, and cross-functional support to help maintain technical performance and delivery schedules.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related STEM field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in electrical engineering or related STEM field with 0 years of experience


• Experience reading and interpreting specifications, schematics, and block diagrams
