Rigger Responsibilities

• All rigging works, including planning and execution of rigging installations and lifting operations
• Managing and liaising with Logistics to coordinate all deliveries, collections, and site activities
• Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and proper care, use, and storage of rigging equipment
• Conducting pre-use inspections of all rigging gear (slings, shackles, chains, lifting equipment) and reporting any defects immediately
• Preparing, securing, and balancing loads for lifting and transport
• Directing crane operators and coordinating lifting activities using appropriate communication methods
• Performing risk assessments prior to lifting operations and ensuring all hazards are identified and mitigated
