Registered Nurse (RN) – $43/hr

Location: Delta View Post Acute – Antioch, CA

Schedule: Full-Time – AM & PM Shifts (weekends/holidays as needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with care plans and physician orders
• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Monitor residents and communicate any changes in condition promptly
• Lead and support CNAs and nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and social services
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
• Respond confidently to emergencies
• Uphold infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
