Responsibilities
- Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets
- Guide team members and assign revenue targets
- Formulate business strategies and market expansion plans
- Drive new initiatives and business opportunities
- Monitor sales funnel and order processing
- Handle customer and stakeholder interactions
- Train and mentor sales & service teams
- Participate in trade shows and market development activities
