Project Overview:

UAE-based leading expense management fintech platform serving 2,000+ businesses globally. The role focuses on Level 2 technical support, resolution of complex incidents, and continuous improvement of platform architecture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve complex customer‑facing issues.
  • Develop immediate hotfixes and implement long-term architectural enhancements.
  • Analyze software architecture and codebase to identify and resolve critical system issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and provide sustainable solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
