Role Overview: RunLoyal is a vertical SaaS platform built for the pet care industry with real bookings, real customers, real uptime requirements. As Technical Support, you'll be embedded with engineering and DevOps to keep production systems healthy. You'll monitor infrastructure, triage incidents, manage cloud and database operations, and pick up meaningful SaaS ops skills fast. AWS Infrastructure Work with EC2, VPC, Subnets, and Security Groups. Assist deployments and support day-to-day cloud server management.
